Professional standards and terms governing the use of ExpertVakeel.
1. Eligibility & Bar Enrollment
ExpertVakeel is strictly intended for advocates enrolled with a recognized Bar Council in India. By registering on ExpertVakeel, you represent and warrant that the Bar Council Enrollment Number and identity details submitted by you are true, accurate, and belong personally to you.
2. Verification & Re-Verification Rules
Access to the Advocate Directory, One-to-One Chat, Private Groups, and Official Court Channels is restricted to accounts holding the Verified status. If a verified advocate modifies critical verification credentials such as their Bar Council Enrollment Number, the account automatically transitions back to Pending verification until re-approved by platform administration.
3. Professional Conduct & Bar Dignity
Advocates must maintain the dignity, ethics, and decorum of the legal profession across all interactions on ExpertVakeel. Impersonation, solicitation prohibited under Bar Council of India rules, harassment, or sharing of unlawful material will result in immediate account suspension or permanent blocking.
4. Read-Only Court Channels
Court Channels on ExpertVakeel provide informational updates, circulars, and notices for the convenience of practicing advocates. Advocates should always verify critical filing deadlines or cause list entries with official court registries.
5. Reporting & Moderation
Advocates can block or report any user, group, or message from inside the mobile application. ExpertVakeel reserves the right to review reported content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
